Being healthy isn’t my strong point but that is one thing that I have been trying to work on recently and I can see a massive improvement in my day to day life. I’ve accumulated a list of things that had helped me out on my journey to a better and healthier life, so I thought it might be useful if you guys have the same goal. So here are 10 things that have helped me so far. I’m not trying to say that if you don’t do everything in this list that you are unhealthy and a horrible person at all. I’m just giving you some healthy tips to help your body out and I’m sure that your body will thank you for it.

1. No Phone in the Morning This may sound difficult for some of you, but it is such a great way to start your day. Checking your phone can make you unhappy.I don’t touch my phone until I sit down and have breakfast.
